Brad is a co-founder of SPARC Systems with over a decade of electrical and instrumentation experience across chemical, gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Moving from E&I Technician into senior leadership roles, he’s built a reputation for practical, reliable solutions in automation, control systems, panel design, EEHA compliance, and maintenance. Brad's broad industry background gives him a clear understanding of the operational pressures businesses face and the standards required to keep systems running safely and reliably.
Brad is committed to doing the job right the first time, fostering long‑term client relationships through honest communication, quality workmanship, and a strong focus on evolving technologies that enhance performance.

James Gardner
James is a co-founder of SPARC Systems with nearly a decade of electrical and instrumentation experience across oil refining, mineral processing, gas facilities, and industrial sectors.
Technically strong and commercially minded, he pairs hands‑on capability with structured decision‑making to deliver safe, efficient, compliant outcomes. His expertise spans industrial electrical services, hazardous areas, instrumentation, and commissioning. With experience in end‑to‑end project delivery and operational leadership, James turns complex technical requirements into clear, commercially sound solutions.
